Mahindra is now going to make its powerful electric SUV XEV 9e accessible to more people. The company will soon introduce two new variants in which the larger 79kWh battery will also be included in the lower variant “Pack Three Select”. At the same time, the top variant “Pack Three” will now also come with a smaller 59kWh battery, which may reduce its price. This change has been made to give customers more range and better options. With an ARAI range of 656 km and a power of 286hp, this SUV is going to bring a big change in the electric segment.
Mahindra XEV 9e is coming with two new variants
Mahindra has prepared to add two new variants to its electric SUV XEV 9e. Now the big 79kWh battery will not be limited to the top variant, but it will also be made available in the “Pack Three Select” variant. At the same time, the 59kWh battery will now also be available in the top-end “Pack Three”, which may reduce its price slightly.
Engine and battery options
XEV 9e comes in two battery options – 59kWh (231hp/380Nm, range 542km) and 79kWh (286hp/380Nm, range 656km). Both variants are RWD and run only on electric power.
Features and price
The top variant “Pack Three” gets premium features like ADAS, head-up display. The price starts from Rs 22.65 lakh and goes up to Rs 31.25 lakh. Now this car will give more options than before to those who want more range.
